It all started back at the age of 6 when my first chord of "D" was strummed on an old flamenco style guitar. First song was CCR's "Proud Mary". From then on everything was self taught during family kitchen parties. Music has always been a part of my life. If you listen closely to my style of playing, you might hear a little bit of Brad Paisley, Brent Mason, SRV, and Steve Piticco, to name a few. There is a little bit of my own personality in there somewhere but I can never tell anymore since it's all blended in together. There are a few recognized Canadian artists that I have had the privilage to play on the same stage with over the years: Colin Amey, Debbie Myers, Shirley Myres, Julian Austin, and John Landry. Some opener gigs I have played were for Trooper, Glass Tiger, Wade Hayes, Jason McCoy, Prairie Oyster, Beverly Mahood, Farmers Daughter, George Fox, and Jamie Warren.
